SUMMER GLOW USING INSTANT SELF TANNER FOR DARK SKIN

When I was first learning makeup 7 years ago, I came across this product Talk To The Tan which is now discontinued and has been so for many years. I discovered this product whilst working at Benefit Cosmetics 5 years ago! What me and the dark girls used to do is rub it on our face on top of our foundation to achieve this bronzed glow look which I then continued to do each year it hit summer! So that amazing product is permanently off the market I searched for an alternative. There are many on the market however I find this particular one to leave the most radiant, flawless and natural like bronze, not just on my skin, but even on white or fair skin. The product can be washed off easily or a cosmetic wipe removes it efficiently as if you are wiping off ordinary makeup.

To help the finish, add an orange toned blush, gold shimmer highlight and MAC Fix Plus Spray

The Basic Life! From a Teen to A Queen!

My opening statement is referring to my way of thinking as a Transitioning Teenager, specifically the AGED 17 mark where, you are not quite an adult however you are still slightly responsible because you have more choice as Secondary/High School is officially over. When I was a teenager, I struggled to find myself! I did not know who I wanted to be or become, not necessarily career wise but even character. The most part of my childhood I was bullied because of my weight! I just never felt good enough. If I am honest, the church saved my life! Because it made me see a brighter perspective on my future. As an adult now, I still feel in some cases I could do 'better' and even sometimes I question am i good enough. But what keeps me going is knowing I am trying. At the back of my mind somewhere I have faith that I am going to make it in all aspects of my life. So at the opportunity I got to make choices (aged 17) I made a choice that I am going to grow to become a woman of purpose and greatness!

The teenage years are so quick, you would never get it back. No responsibility, so much energy and time! Do not waste them and become your greatest.
Do not follow the wrong people or keep friends who are out to bring you down. Being in a relationship is NOT needed as a teenager, enjoy male and female friendships but don't go to deep.
F O C U S!
Focus on education and building yourself. Your perception should be, I want my own money, a husband or a wife and children some day. I want an amazing job and to travel the world and meet great people!

My Skincare Routine

Skincare is extremely important even if you do not wear makeup. It is even more important when you don't. My routine is to daily Cleanse, tone and Moisturise and to do a deep cleanse, exfoliate and mask every other week. Great skin care hydrates and rejuvenates your skin. It can also help with acne, scarring, blemishes and to control either too dry or oily skin. It helps give a great balance and keeps your skin fresh. Our skin is the largest vital organ in our entire body. It goes through SO much daily. Being out and about around pollution and all the filth that is in the air, it is important to make sure your facial skin especially is well looked after as it is the most exposed part of our body.

Spring time is here!! Well not quite... April Showers and All, gotta love good ol' England!

Anyway, I am excited about the spring because I have officially found some excellent tropical, summery, springy type makeup! In this GRWM video I not only discuss some trending topics but I also try on some fab makeup by Sacha Cosmetics! The products were sent over to me for a review and of course in true Chanel Boateng style I done it as a GRWM!

My Favourite is the foundation, ooh and lipstick, oooh ooh and also the blush! To be honest, this is an AWESOME brand, true pigment and holds very well!
