Outfit of the Week| Cool and Cas!

Cas as in 'Caj' short for Casual lol! I am sure that might confuse some!
Last week (and this week) I have had nothing but run arounds in the city, doing errands etc. So a cool 'trendy' Cas outfit fit quite well. This blue top is from Ebay, amongst many of my simple Cami vests, I like to wear this with almost anything and have quite a few colours!

A SUMMER EVENING | OUTFIT OF THE WEEK

Certain days we do not need to try too hard, a simple cami and a maxi skirt can be good enough for any day or evening look. This particular evening my hubby and I stepped out to the suburbs of London to a place which I like to refer to as a 'secret location' hidden in the woods, the area is pure tranquility which I feel translates into the outfit well.

My Perfume Collection

Never in all my years of blogging and YouTubing have I spoken or even shown you what I use to smell good! And since (on my blog) we are on the subject of general hygiene and cleanliness since I posted my video on 'Clean Vagina' yesterday, why not show you what I use for daily perfumes!
I would be honest, I do not always use perfume before I run out the door however, I do use perfume when I feel extra beautiful lol, so thats when I happen to dress up and 'all that jazz' or honestly, when I actually remember to, then I will spritz some on!
I am stingy with perfume! Yes stingy, I buy expensive perfume, so being the tight individual that I can be sometimes, I either purposely don't use it, or spray the most teeny weeny amount on to make it last!

I am not the greatest at describing scents, so here are some other pictures of my collection and hopefully this could help you to see what I am into. Personally, I am an eau de parfum kinda gal! I am not a fan of toilette, I feel it is too 'tangy' for me if that makes sense? lol!

My favourite type of perfume is that from the Arab nation! Arabian Oud (on Oxford Street and Westfield Stratford) is my FAVOURITE fragrance store. They are amazing at traffic stopping there lol, they lured me in and now thats the type of perfume I use! I have always been interested in Arabic perfume ever since I worked at Selfridges and the most flawless (made of money) Arabic women used to prance around the beauty hall literally smelling like gold! I always used to say to myself, I need need need, to wear Arabian scents.

Some of there scents are VERY strong and unbearable. However, some are perfectly sweet and modern such as this one:

Yadis Blanc

This is my number one used perfume and my FAVOURITE, its a traditional Arab yet with a modern scent and as advised by Arabian Oud staff, this is the one the 'younger' Arabic ladies tend to wear. It was on sale for £95 but its double the price normally! Yup, expensive but good stuff! They do regular sales at Arabian Oud so hopefully you would be lucky!

  Mukhallat Al Shiokh

This is a traditional Arabic scent. The consultant at Arabian Oud specifically said 'this is for the rich'. This scent is what I was always smelling in Selfridges when I was working there. On my very special occasions that is when I reach for this. I believe I bought this for about £195 and it was on sale, so I am not sure of the actual retail price.

Sunna Mask- Golden Dust (oil) 

Sunna Mask is another Arabic fragrance store and is located in Westfield Stratford and its a counter store within the centre. They have more affordable fragrances and are in oil form. So you roll the oil onto the skin as supposed to spraying it. This little bottle costs about £20-30, and lasts a while as you only need a little and it has a strong scent. The strong scent however is not overbearing and almost smells like coconut. There are many many fragrances to choose from, this one is called Golden Dust.

Victor and Rolf- Flower Bomb

After the Arabic perfume obsession comes this: Victor and Rolf Flower Bomb! as you can see its almost finished as my friend bought it for me for my 21st birthday, I have since been stingy with it and alas, its time to top up and buy a new one! The smell is perfect and has a sweet flower scent!

Paris Hilton- Heiress

This is most likely a gift as I am not a fan of Paris Hilton, its a fairly nice scent nevertheless.

Benefit Lee Lee

This perfume collection from Benefit was the first to be launched out of the different fragrances they have in this series. They released 2, Lee, Gina and Sofia. When I was working for them this is when this perfume series launched, Lee Lee was my least favourite but not a bad smell. I love the packaging more than anything. Try Gina, its the best in my opinion and very close to the Arabic scents.

Kelly Brook Vivacious 

Another gifted perfume, this scent is very very sweet, like real sweets! I think its ok, its not an awful smell, but its not my normally reached scent because its too sweet and I am worried people will think I just ate a bag of skittles when I have this on!

Versace Red Jeans

This scent was a big one in the 90s, I remember all the cool kids use to rock this, its still an amazing scent to me and although not worn often, you cannot beat the smell! They also had 'Blue Jeans' but this was a personal favourite. Its also quite affordable (just £13.99) and could be found in drugstores such as Boots and other fragrance outlets

Calvin Klein- Eternity Moment

This has an amazing scent, not too strong just perfect for daily wear and I feel I neglect it

Ghost Sweetheart

This scent was my everyday scent, so fresh and lovely and super affordable! I love the smell it leaves on my clothes days after!

Strobing on Dark Skin

Todays makeup tutorial is that of a new technique which quite frankly I don't know if I should actually call it 'new'. However I believe it has been brought to the light because its flawless and awesome.
This is strobing, and it is honestly just shimmer highlighting, using possibly what you already have in your makeup kit already!

Step into Class | Outfit of the Week

This outfit got a lot of my subscribers super happy, they kept on complimenting me on how flattering this jumpsuit looked on me when I showcased it in my Nudes and Whites Look Book.

Feminine Hygiene for LARGE women!

Happy Tuesday!
I am not sure if this is the case for all large women, but I am assuming for most of us, keeping clean may not be necessarily hard, but a little more effort needs to go into our general hygiene
Now, I am no expert, however I am a woman, and over the years I have learnt ways (taught by my mother) of course on how to just keep clean in private areas. Wether we want to accept it or not, when you are larger you have areas that are more covered by excess skin and fat and therefore to avoid 'funny' odours or just straight up uncomfortable feelings, it is important to keep ourselves well maintained.
A lot of this advice can be take on account by all women so please do not feel singled out :)


The VAGINA!
Larger women (including myself) have the vagina area normally covered by the stomach/lower abdoman, as well as the thighs. When an area is covered and gets less are, when contacted by moisture can lead to discomfort and bad odour.
There are many products to help all women. I advise to check out a view products that are specifically designed for PH Balance in the intimate area such as FemFresh and Vagisal.
A lot of women tend to stick to the soaps provided by these companies. I would honestly advise for larger women (all women also) to not only invest in the soap, but also the wipes and even spray.

I have here an inexpensive intimate area spray, I use this straight after showering after using Vagisal. What this spray does is dry up the area- remember what I said, the less moisture, the less discomfort and the less 'funny' odours lol

Being on your period is also a not so pleasant time of the month for most if not all of us. My advice for this is to ensure you take showers twice daily. Change sanitary regularly and use wipes as well as normal toilet tissue.

The food we eat can also cause an effect on our PH Balance. As I said, there is nothing wrong with a treat here and there, but just so you know, eating sweet products can also contribute to things such as thrush, in some cases BV and also can interfere with the Vagina's PH balance which can let off funny odours.
Larger women tend to sweat more, even in that area... fresh foods can actually help us sweat less. I have never been a person that sweats at all unless extremely hot, but I am aware many larger women do naturally especially perhaps when sleeping or in summer time or when doing a little exercise.

CHANGE
Underwear.
Ever had those brown stains even AFTER washing your panties a thousand times? This is caused by heat. Even the most quality knickers from M&S can get ruined. It will get to the point where the panties are not useful and it would be useless in protecting your intimate area, it will start to form holes and all sorts... BIN it and buy a new pair!

BODY ODOUR
To be honest, this can be common on larger women. As I said, we have to make a little more effort than the slimmer ladies to keep clean and smelling sweet!
Fresh lime is excellent for beating odours, you can rub this under your arms, under rolls, excess fat and other hard to reach spots lol, before you finish showering.
Deodorant is your BEST friend. But NEVER spray deodorant on unwashed skin! The smell, will back fire. I LOVE Mitcham, I have showed this before in a video, it is the best product in the world for beating underarm body odours.
I recently informed my subscribers that I started a new diet and therefore my body began perspiring a bit more than usual when using this product it beat all of the odours!

Last week for me its been all about food, meetings and clients, I did not film at all this week and neither did I upload on my 'main channel'. I have a few launches and events to prepare for, for my own brand and that has been exciting. So much changes are happening in my life and I am so excited to embrace them and share the journey with you on the way.


Food Diaries!!

 One of my FAVOURITE chefs in the world is Jamie Oliver!!! I mean look at this drink... it is literally heaven in a bowl.. watch how he makes this beauty here, in my opinion this is way too beautiful to even drink

Whilst out with my friend Gracie from The Ugly Face of Beauty (www.graciefrancesca.com) we stopped for some lunch and drinks at All Bar One. I ordered this yummy meal, 'Korean Rice Bowl'. It literally tastes like the goodness of Asia, I loved it, you can order this with prawns or chicken.

 Whilst I was out and about on the way to a client I stopped at McDonalds, of late I have been observing my food in take so anywhere I go wether its a take away or a restaurant I always check out the salad menu. So I picked this salad up from McDonalds, I posted it on instagram and my followers from the US were so shocked to see fresh salad from UK's McDonalds. Seriously ladies, if you are watching you weight, even at McDonalds there is something for you!
