WEEKLY PHOTOGRAPHS

I have eaten a lot this week! I have had a few breakfast meetings and link ups so of course, I have eaten like a fool! I plan to go hard with my weight loss in September so hopefully I wouldn't have to feel so guilty about this! This week has been about food mainly, however I have had amazing business meetings, and meet ups with friends, clients, business acquaintances and more! I honestly, did not even document every food journey this week otherwise my followers may get worried about what I consumed this week! Lol! However, here is my week in photos I hope you enjoy this post. I apologise for the lack of posts these past few weeks, I have been fully working on Chanel Boateng Live makeup class event which has finally sold out (with just one added seat remaining)

Monday Breakfast
Toast for me and Panini for my business acquaintance early morning at Timberyard UK
When preparing for Breakfast meetings, I normally leave home on an empty stomach of course! I love the food this cafe serves with awesome service and great choices of donuts and cakes.

Tuesday Breakfast
I had the pleasure of meeting up with other bloggers, this includes other plus size bloggers and models such as Danielle Vanier, Philomena Kwao and Felicity Hayward. We had an amazing chat discussing future plans for the plus size community on Depop include events. The restaurant was an amazing Iranian Restaurant, and the breakfast was equally amazing! I had the most amazing tea, and if you are wondering, I do like my tea extremely milky with semi-skimmed milk!

Wednesday Afternoon

I hopped over to Evans Marble Arch as we are collaborating on a 'Get Dressed with me Video' For UKPSFW. They were so welcoming and helpful with me for choosing outfits to style for my look book out this Friday on my channel! I am bursting to show you all what I styled, however the pic below is a sneak peak on my snap chat 'chanel Boateng' (add me!)
Later on that day, I actually had some food with a friend at Busaba, but as I said, I thought you will worry by that stage lol, so I did not take pictures.

Thursday at Westfields I spotted this gorgeous roses!
Now I can share my obsession of Roses with you guys!

Sunday Afternoon
We didn't even plan it, but my hubby and I were all dressed up so we decided to drive past the Carnival and then head to docklands to Ayanna's Restaurant which is the best West Indian Restaurant hands down! The food is amazing, I done a review on my previous post

I hope this post has inspired you all to check out some restaurants, if there is any other restaurants you want me to try out, definitely let me know!

Food | Lifestyle Post | Carribbean Greatness @ Ayanna's London

Not often I blog my food chronicles, but I do eat out a lot with my husband, family and friends. Ayanna's is a Caribbean restaurant located in the Docklands/BlackWall area of London specialising in the most tantalising exquisite food from Jamaica. They have amazing food presentation, starters, main and deserts, a bar where you can order amazing fresh cocktails, alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.

What I ordered:
The TWO COURSE which is either a Starter and Main or Main and desert
I love savoury dishes more than anything so of course I ordered a Starter and Main.

My Starter was this Duck Breast Pancake rolls, would have loved more quantity, but the presentation alone was just breath taking!

My main dish was Brown stew chicken, which came with rice and peas, made absolutely PERFECT! the rice was not clumped or sticky, and the stew was just amazing and chicken well cooked!

We then ordered 3 side dishes as a platter that included coleslaw, sweet plantains and mac and cheese!
Each bite was worth the cash!
This restaurant is not cheap, yet not extortionate, I find you can get an amazing deal and is a perfect destination for birthday or occasion dinners with family and friends at the same time, perfect for romancing with your partner!

Virgin Pina Colada Cocktails for my husband and I.

This post is not sponsored, this is an amazing restaurant, so I thought I would share it with you all who are looking for amazing West Indian food in a perfect location in London

Outfit of The Day| Casual and Chic

Hello lovelies!
Errands, meetings, photo shoots etc etc etc! When I am not at home cooking for the hubby or taking care of my son, my life can be hectic and at least 3 times a week I spend it around the City of London running around with such a busy schedule.
I used to be like to myself, is there any need for me to dress up to do these meetings etc? So I often would just role with no makeup and dress 'down'
But recently, I decided to change all of that, your first impression of someone is always the most memorable one and so I decided I should at least start to make an effort!!
This outfit is simple, casual and trendy. I love waterfall blazers or cardigans, and as it is camel in colour also it brightens up the outfit.
This white lace body also is so cute! I love wearing it with pretty much any item. And for accessories, I thought I would make a statement with this large tote bag!

OutFit of the Week |

Currently, I am at the stage of a wardrobe revamp. I have always been into trends, and I love to style myself nicely. But if I am honest I tend to play it safe. Now, today's outfit is not too scary (or maybe it is!) however, it definitely is out of the ordinary for me to wear an outfit that is almost Gothic inspired. Wearing this today however made me feel so trendy, and I felt good. As a big girl, we are often told to not experiment too much and although this dress is not so 'experimental' you would find an outfit like this is a little out of the ordinary for ME!
I got this dress and shoes, and bag from Boohoo, and as I have been working with them a lot lately, I was happy to try out something new in there plus size collection

SUMMER DATE NIGHT OUTFIT

This outfit is everything classy and glamourous. The bold green colour looks amazing with my skin as well as the vintage style frilly neck line and pleats gives the dress such a unique touch. I rocked this the other night for a date with my husband on our anniversary and received nothing but great compliments.
I wanted to add a touch of something fun to the outfit as well, so I am wearing this stunning clutch bag from boohoo.
Outfit Details Her:
Dress: Romwe
Bag: Boohoo
You can watch the process as to how I got ready in this video here, makeup and hair included
