Hydrating Moisturiser for Skin: Autumn Winter Lifestyle

Entering the Autumn Winter season is definitely exciting. This is the time of the year where it’s acceptable to drink pumpkin spice latte's, candle lit cosy evening ins and of course the holiday season is just around the corner. 

One of the main things I do focus on at this time of the year is my beauty and skin regime. My skin condition is dry, and as the weather gets colder, moisturisers and lotions are what my skin craves!

Here is a step by step guide of my morning and evening Autumn/Winter routine and how I am looking after my skin with Garnier Ultimate Blendy Body range this season. Morning Routine:

1) Face Wash 

I typically wash my face with Garnier's Pure Active Anti-Blackhead Deep Pore Wash which a friend of mine introduced to me, I have been using this wash for around 6 months now. I complete my routine with a toner and moisturiser afterwards.

2) Skin/Body Care

There is not a day that goes by that when I shower, morning or evening that I do not moisturise my skin with lotion. Evening Routine:

1) Makeup Removal

As much as we ladies love our glam, removing our strip lashes and reaching for that make remover wipe is always a great feeling. I use Garnier's makeup wipes daily to remove my makeup and they feel so soft on the skin, other makeup wipes can feel quite harsh but these are so gentle! 

2) Evening Wash

Using cleansing water helps take all impurities out of my pores, I then rinse my face with warm water to open my pores. An evening bath is perfect to settle down with after a long day out in the cold and rain that London has to offer! 

3) Moisturise Skin

I like my skin to keep nourished in the evening, but as it can get a little warm in the covers at night, the Garnier Ultimate Blends Lotion Mythic Olive is ideal to keep my dry skin nourished without making me break out in a sweat! This product is literally nourishing food for my skin! I can distinctively smell the olive fruit in it.
